A new delicious Rosé Pet Nat from our long time friends in Portugal. This summer glugger is full of character and influenced by the beloved Atlantic Ocean. Made from 100% Touriga Nacional, it is super tasty and full of fresh red fruits. This grape is usually grown in the Douro region where it can get very thick and jammy but these fantastic producers are closer to the ocean which gives the wine a fresh, open aroma and body!

Favonius Pet Nat is made from the grape variety Touriga Nacional, one of the most recognized in Portugal, especially in the Douro and Dão regions. In the Lisboa region, under the influence of the Atlantic Ocean and the clay-limestone soil, the grapes get more acidic and this variety becomes less floral and more fresh fruit.

An early harvest was made to preserve the variety’s freshness, lower the alcohol content and get a more vibrant taste and aroma.
