About: A long awaited cuvée from the legends and our longtime best buds Kollektiv Peternell, San Peligroso is a dangerously good Pet Nat made up of direct-pressed Blaufränkisch goodness! Part of the wine was bottled back in 2021 to finish its sugars, the remaining wine was left in an old barrel to finish its fermentation. The boys then disgorged the bottles in January 2023 and topped them up with the still wine from the old barrel. A whole lot of love and graft has gone into this impeccable cuvée and it shows!
